About
Matthew Glynn, RSW, BSW, BKin
Hi, I'm Matthew, a Social Worker dedicated to helping adults navigate ADHD and the life challenges that often accompany it; including stress, lifestyle changes, and wellness goals. Through a supportive and practical approach, I work with individuals to build healthier habits, strengthen coping skills, and enhance both mental and physical well-being.
I use an integrative, client-centred approach that draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Process-Based Therapy, Strengths-Based Counselling, and Motivational Interviewing. Together, we’ll focus on realistic, meaningful changes tailored to your goals and values.

Currently, I am completing my Master of Social Work degree, with expected graduation in 2026. I am also committed to ongoing professional development, regularly engaging in specialized training and self-directed learning to provide the most effective, evidence-based support for my clients.
